About Sheryl’s Healing Therapy

For years I wasn’t in touch with my spiritual side, and I worked for large Silicon Valley companies as an IT project manager. However, I experienced a spiritual awakening that opened new doors for me. I began devoting myself to spiritual growth and became an Akashic Records Practitioner, Crystal Practitioner and energy healer.

What is Golden Plasma Light ™?

Golden Plasma Light ™ is a unique light modality that I learned about while I was in Egypt. This therapy can facilitate spiritual awakenings, enhance multi-dimensional connections, clear your aura, balance and activate your chakras so that you can achieve a higher state of being. Golden Plasma Light ™ can help you return your energy field to your divine template of wholeness in mental, physical, spiritual and emotional bodies. This accelerates your healing process and facilitates your return to wholeness.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress relief, and may aid in the easing of pain. I use Reiki to guide energy into your body to help facilitate your own healing response. Reiki will help balance and/or boost areas that have become stagnant due to illness, injury, or stress. By opening up the energy flow (in a way that is similar to how acupuncture works), Reiki allows your body’s own healing properties to heal itself. Although Reiki is often performed in person and with hands-on therapy, I can also perform Reiki healing remotely.

What is Crystalline Soul Healing®?

Crystalline Soul Healing® works deeply with the soul. It is a healing template developed by Jayme Price, that reprograms the instructions and interactions of the DNA through your Higher Self.

What is the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records contain a vibrational record of every soul and its journey through time. The primary experience of being in the Akashic Record is one of being both known and loved from the perspective of your soul from which perceptions, awareness, and insights not commonly available come naturally. Akashic Record readings can address practical day-to-day concerns such as relationships, health, money, work, creative expression, family of origin, your contribution in the world, and other similar questions we all have about life. Being in the richness of the Record can help people in every area of life.

Some tips for asking questions during a reading:

What, where, how, and why questions get the clearest responses (rather than simple yes/no questions).
Time as we know it does not exist in the Records. Asking how long something will take or when something will happen will not bring clarity. The Records are not a fortune-telling medium.
Any topic is OK to ask about, but choose what’s uppermost on your mind, and ask from the perspective of your day-to-day experiences.
We enter your Records using your full legal name.
If asking about family or friends, the question must have to do with a relationship with that person, rather than being specifically about them. We will be in your Records, not theirs, as it would be an ethical breach to enter their records without their permission.
