Terms of Service

• Both Reiki and Akashic Records readings are done over the phone.
  
• Sheryl Epstein opens the records of another person only when directly asked. She will not offer to open the records for anyone. She treats consultations with confidentiality. She will not share information from a consultation unless required to do so.
• If you share the content of the consultation with a third party you are responsible for any and all effects this disclosure may have. Sheryl Epstein is not responsible for any results or outcomes of your disclosure.
• Consultations are scheduled and paid for in advance.
• You are responsible for providing correct contact information (email address and phone number) as well as date of birth to verify that you are 18 years old or older.
• Consultations will receive a 100% refund if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance and is canceled in writing or through the scheduling system used by Sheryl Epstein. Cancellations made with notice of less than 24 hours will not be refunded.
• Consultations may be rescheduled if they are rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance through the scheduling system used by Sheryl Epstein.
• There are no refunds for late-starts, no-shows, appointments with unused time, or after the client has received the consultation.
• Sheryl Epstein reserves the right to decline to work with anyone whom she considers at any time and for any reason to be an inappropriate match for her services.
